Smoothie Recipe for Peak Performance

Smoothies are a great, and tasty, way for easy energy on the go or for recovery after a workout, practice or a game 💪🏻  It’s also a simple way to mix in few servings of fruits and vegetables 🍌🍓🥬 

My go to smoothie recipe is:
* 2 handfuls of spinach
* Frozen blueberries
* Frozen banana
* Almond milk
* 1 scoop TDF Plant Protein 🌱

Blend well and add ice as needed! Choose some fruits you like best but always be sure to include some kind of leafy green. You an also include greek yogurt, dates, honey, nut butters, and more to change up the flavors!
